There probably is no better way to celebrate Australia Day than for the community to spend time together.
Locals in Manly can have just that, with their annual free Australia Day breakfast event happening once again at the Bandstand Park on the Wynnum Manly Foreshore.
Attendees can expect a fun day filled with live entertainment and great food. There will be a sausage sizzle, pancakes, popcorn and snow cones. Kids and grown-ups are sure to have a grand time on the free amusement rides.
The free event is organised by local community groups and hosted by Cr Peter Cumming with the help of the Brisbane City Council and local businesses. The event will kick off at 7:30 a.m.
